About Tracy

My name is Tracy Smith and I’m a native of St. Petersburg, FL. I have been involved in real estate for most of my life. My parents were real estate investors and owned 20 properties until they retired in 1997. As a youth, I still remember helping with tenant move in prep and collecting rents, as a young adult. After graduating from Lakewood High School, I attended the University of South Florida, where I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and a Master’s degree in Public Administration.

After graduation, I went on to excel in successful careers in consumer products sales and human resources. Looking for a new challenge, I decided to shift gears back to my first love, Real Estate. In late 2017, I received my real estate salesperson license and joined Realty Partners soon after in 2018.

As a Realtor in the Tampa Bay area, I’m committed to helping homeowners and future homeowners navigate through the process of home selling or buying. Faith, honesty and integrity, along with patience, and dedication, are the foundation for all aspects of my life.
